Using a medium sauté/frying pan, pour about 2 tablespoons of peanut oil (or if no peanut oil use olive oil) in it.  Add 2 tablespoons butter.  Melt the butter into the oil at a low heat.  Drain the marinade from your venison tips.  Turn up the heat to medium/high.  Add your tenderloin tips just as the butter/oil mixture starts to brown.  Seer/sauté  your venison tips turning only once.  Fry to medium, do not overcook.  These should be nice and juicy, slightly pink inside.
